GPCR Cell Analytics Workshop at McGill University

Join Nanion Technologies and Prof. Terence Hébert at McGill University for a focused workshop on GPCR research and real-time cell analytics using the Nanion AtlaZ system.

Participants will see the AtlaZ system in action and explore how impedance-based assays can provide fast, label-free and real-time measurements of cell activity, viability and connectivity.

This workshop is particularly relevant to researchers working in cell biology and electrophysiology, including those focused on GPCR studies and cancer research.

Speakers

  • Prof. Terence Hébert
  • Prof. Dr. Joachim Wegener

📅 Date: September 24, 2026, 10:30–12:30 EDT
📍 Location: McGill University, Department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics
Room 1345, McIntyre Medical Sciences Building
3655 Promenade Sir William Osler
Montréal, Québec H3G 1Y6

Partner Talk

Continuing the Safety Conversation: Three Perspectives on Human Cardiac Pharmacology

How can complementary human-relevant technologies provide a more complete view of cardiac pharmacology?

Join Nanion Technologies and innoVitro for a Partner Talk highlighting three complementary approaches to advanced functional screening:

  • Impedance-based GPCR profiling
  • Next-generation automated patch clamp
  • High-throughput 3D contractility

The session will explore how these approaches can connect receptor pharmacology, mechanistic electrophysiology and functional cardiac phenotyping to support more predictive and human-relevant research.

📅 Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2026
🕧 Time: 12:30–13:30 EDT
📍 Room: Salon Cartier I

Speakers

  • Prof. Dr. Joachim Wegener
  • Dr. Sonja Stoelzle-Feix
  • Dr. Matthias Gossmann

Join us to discover three complementary perspectives on human cardiac pharmacology and their application in advanced functional screening.
