Cell Analytics Workshop 2026

Explore cell function with AtlaZ and CardioExcyte 96 live!

As part of the Nanion User Meeting 2026, join our Cell Analytics workshop to explore AtlaZ and CardioExcyte 96 through live experiments, practical demonstrations, and discussions with our specialists.

What can different cellular readouts tell you about your experiments?

Discover how AtlaZ impedance measurements reveal differences between cell models, with an introduction to impedance spectra and resistance and capacitance parameters. Then explore cardiomyocyte function with CardioExcyte 96, focusing on contractility and extracellular field potentials.

Using cardiomyocytes as a shared model, we’ll investigate responses to selected compounds and discuss the results together. See how complementary measurements can help you interpret cellular responses and bring your questions to the team.

📅 Date: October 20, 2026
🕙 Time: 09:45–12:00 CEST
📍 Location: Nanion Headquarters, Ganghoferstraße 70a, Munich, Germany

Participation is free, but places are limited. Reserve your place!

Why join?

  • Explore two cell analytics platforms in one practical workshop
  • Learn how to interpret impedance, contractility, and extracellular field potential measurements
  • Discuss experimental workflows and compound responses with Nanion specialists
  • Discover approaches that could support your own research, no previous experience with either system is required

A light lunch will be provided after the workshop. We warmly invite you to stay for the Nanion User Meeting 2026, October 20–21 in Munich, starting at 13:00. Hear from researchers across academia and industry, explore new applications, and connect with the Nanion community.
