We found that ACh activates\u00a0 nAChR\u03b11\u03b21\u03b3\u03b4 receptors with an EC<sub>50<\/sub> value similar to those reported in the literature. Data was acquired using the PatchlinerControl software developed for the Patchliner<sup>e <\/sup>and analyzed using DataControl PL, the analysis software for the Patchliner<sup>e<\/sup>.
