Despite a severe shortage of authentic standards, compared to the rapid increase of possible structures identified, it remains difficult to quantify a mixture of PFCA without references. Herein, a standard-free single-molecule electrochemical sensing method was developed for the first time by establishing a linear correlation between current blockades and the volumes of PFCA simulated by molecular dynamics. A nearly 100% accuracy was realized for the simultaneous determination of 13 pristine or H- \/ Cl-substituted PFCA, using frequency-modulated multi-feature classification. Shortlisting the 21 high-priority features reduced the required number of training data by 7.6 folds, and almost 80% quantification reliability was maintained even with interference of 100 times concentration. Moreover, the detection limit of trifluoroacetic acid (an ultrashort-chain PFCA) went down to 57 ng\u00b7L-1, comparable to the state-of-the-art performance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","products_tags":[40],"resource_type":[75],"application_areas":[53,99],"therapeutic_areas":[143],"target_categories":[341],"target_families":[349],"targets":[259],"resource_keyword":[],"class_list":["post-15001","resource_library","type-resource_library","status-publish","hentry","products_tags-orbit-mini","resource_type-publication","application_areas-assay-development-and-validation","application_areas-pores-and-toxins","therapeutic_areas-assay-development-and-validation","target_categories-pores-and-toxins","target_families-prokaryotic-pores","targets-aerolysin"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource_library\/15001","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource_library"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/resource_library"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=15001"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"products_tags","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/products_tags?post=15001"},{"taxonomy":"resource_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource_type?post=15001"},{"taxonomy":"application_areas","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/application_areas?post=15001"},{"taxonomy":"therapeutic_areas","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/therapeutic_areas?post=15001"},{"taxonomy":"target_categories","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/target_categories?post=15001"},{"taxonomy":"target_families","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/target_families?post=15001"},{"taxonomy":"targets","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/targets?post=15001"},{"taxonomy":"resource_keyword","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/nanion.com\/ja\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/resource_keyword?post=15001"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
